Magine a new way to watch TV

There is absolutely no doubt that the way we watch TV has changed and is going to be changed radically in the following year(s). Just look at how the way we listen to music has changed in recent time.

Some of my Swedish neighbours has come up with a service called Magine which aims to do exactly what I was talking about - reinventing the TV. Magine wants to give you the possibility to watch TV everywhere from your TV, tablet or phone using the internet. Also, Magine wants you to be able to watch live broadcasts but also see episodes that already has been broadcasted. This means that all historically TV is available to you - everywhere and at any time. I am a big fan of the idea, but also a bit sceptical about how long it would take to get all the popular channels in most countries aboard. And how will Apple react to this with their upcoming TV?

Managing your projects with Blimp

I love project management and I love tools that makes the task a bit easier. I've tested numerous throughout the years and developed some myself (which never got finished).

Recently I started trying out Blimp. Blimp is somehow just another project management tool which somehow just got the same old features that we know. There are however two things that I particular like about Blimp: 1) The design. The simplicity and elegance in the design just makes it more fun to use the tool; 2) The review feature. Blimp works by first setting goals, then by splitting these into tasks and when you finally feel like that you have finished your goal a "reviewer" can accept or reject the goal. If it gets rejected the process starts all over. I personally started using Blimp. Good job guys!

Remember your passwords with PassLocker

I rarely forget my passwords and I've always been a bit sceptic about using apps or extensions that remembers my passwords. I don't even let Google Chrome remember my passwords.

However I am considering giving it a shot. Mostly because I like the simplicity of PassLocker and because I do sometimes forget my passwords. If an app is somehow secure and remembers all your passwords (I personally got a lof) - why not use it? I am definitely giving it some second thoughts.

Focusing on my own company, Bit Machine

After working on projects besides my studies and besides my part time job I recently decided to only work on my own company while I finish my Master Thesis.

Bit Machine focuses on building apps based on awesome ideas. These apps can either be ones invented by me or in collaboration with others. As of now I am busy with projects until the summer break where I also will be done with my Master Thesis. I am currently looking into moving to San Francisco after that, so I am a bit cautious about starting new projects at the moment. I will however always be interested in listening and giving feedback to ideas.

Organize your brain with WorkFlowy

I'm the type of person who likes to organize things and because of that I have tried and blogged about a lot of apps that help you doing this.

After been using WorkFlowy for some quite time, the app has grown on me. This idea is nothing less than brilliant! WorkFlowy is not about fancy interfaces but purely about a new way of organizing your brain. It is kind of geeky, but it simply just works. I won't explain more about the app, but simply just advice you to go try it out!
